Bowerbirds most recent release Upper Air
i went and saw the bowerbirds at the echo earlier this month. they have a great backwoods folk sound, so clean, so simple. kinda makes me wan to run away and live in an airstream too.

I recently purchased this feather ring designed by Erica Weiner, and can't make myself take it off. I found this and a bunch of other great stuff for my home at Lily Simone in Eagle Rock.
I'm trying to cut back on my mercury intake (I eat fish at least four times a week) and I think this baby beet, heirloom tomato, triple cream blue cheese, and mâche salad with a orange muscat champagne vinaigrette might just be the answer. Super refreshing on a hot summer day.
