woo hoo! the lightbulbs came today! It's like a breath of fresh air compared to those old shades! I'm a little worried about how dim it will be at night though. I'll just have to wait and see.
***came home from work last night to find that although dimmer, the light from the new bulbs is much cleaner, no more nasty orange light for me. love!***
lunch: black lentils, squash, tomatoes, red onion, and spinach all sauteed with a little butter, creme fraiche and olive oil. In other words everything left in the fridge. Yum.

I'm liking round coffee tables lately. Ali has leaned on my current one so much it squeaks and wobbles if you walk by it...seriously.
Ok I guess my dining room just doesn't photograph well...maybe because it has that weird closet door in it, I dunno. Either way got the stools from Ikea, I know what am I thinking replacing Eames chairs with cheap crap. I needed a change. I like it better now, it feels much much more open in there. I'm sure I will find the perfect home for at least one Eames though.
